Karen L. Turgeon, M.D. has been a member of Associates in Dermatology, Inc. since 1990. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, and her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, IL.
She holds the appointments of Assistant Clinical Professor, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Clinical Dermatology Instructor, Family Practice Residency, Fairview General Hospital.
Dr. Turgeon is board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Ohio Dermatologic Association, Cleveland Dermatological Society, American Society of Dermatopathology, Academy of Medicine Cleveland, American Medical Association and the International Society of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Sok brings over eight years of experience in diagnostic pathology and a strong track record of excellence in dermatopathology.
She completed her pathology residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (MetroHealth Medical Center) and pursued advanced fellowship training in dermatopathology at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Sok has practiced locally and is well regarded for her diagnostic precision, efficiency, and commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and clinically relevant pathology reports.
Dr. Sok’s addition strengthens our team and helps ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service throughout the year, including during any period when Dr. Usmani is away for conferences or during vacation. Her presence helps maintain timely reporting and seamless case coverage, reflecting our ongoing commitment to your patients’ care.
